Verlaine Exchange & Return Policy

1. Overview

At Verlaine, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. To maintain the highest standards, we operate under a No Return, Only Exchange policy, ensuring a fair and transparent experience for all. Exchanges are permitted solely for genuine cases like sizing issues or defective products.

2. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

• Size Issue: If the item doesn't fit, you may exchange it for another size (subject to availability).
• Defective or Incorrect Item: If you receive a damaged or wrong product, we will arrange an exchange (proof required).

• Products purchased during sales or promotions (final sale).
• Customized or personalized orders.
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered, or with tags removed.

3. Exchange Process

1. Contact us via Email within 7 days of receiving your product.
2. Share order details and issue photographs (if applicable).
3. Once approved, ship the product back to our warehouse (self-shipping with tracking required if pickup is unavailable).
4. Upon inspection, we will process your exchange.
5. If the requested size is unavailable, store credit valid for 6 months will be issued.

Note: Exchanges are subject to availability at the time of processing.

4. Exchange Conditions

• Original Tags and Packaging: Must be intact and unremoved.
• Hygiene Stickers: (where applicable) must be undisturbed.
• First Exchange Free: Subsequent exchanges from the same order may involve a nominal shipping fee.

5. Shipping Disclaimer

All shipments are dispatched based on the shipping details provided by the customer. Verlaine shall not be responsible for failed or incorrect deliveries arising from errors in the address or contact information shared by the customer.

6. Failed Delivery & RTO (Return to Origin) Policy

In case of unsuccessful delivery attempts leading to a package return (RTO), the customer may request reshipment, subject to additional shipping charges. If reshipment is not possible, Verlaine reserves the right to cancel and refund the order after deducting applicable logistics fees, if any.
