1. General

By accessing or using www.verlaineapparels.com (“Site”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

Verlaine Apparels LLP reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, bulk buying, or policy misuse.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. In case of pricing errors or technical issues, Verlaine reserves the right to cancel such orders.

Payments are processed securely through authorized third-party payment gateways. We do not store card or banking information.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations or unforeseen circumstances. Verlaine is not liable for delays once the order has been dispatched.

Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability, refusal, or incorrect address may result in additional reshipping charges or deduction of applicable RTO charges from refunds.

5. Exchange & No Return Policy

Verlaine follows a strict No Return Policy. Exchanges are permitted within 3 days of delivery subject to eligibility conditions mentioned in our Exchange Policy.

Size exchanges attract a ₹200 logistics charge. Defective or incorrect products are eligible for free exchange subject to verification and unboxing proof.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site including logos, designs, graphics, text, and product images are the exclusive property of Verlaine Apparels LLP and protected under applicable laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Verlaine Apparels LLP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or products purchased through the Site.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
