Shipping Policy

Verlaine Shipping Policy

Effective Date: 03/08/2025

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS. Dispatch timelines may vary during high demand periods.

2. Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery time is 4–8 business days depending on location. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Verlaine Apparels LLP is not liable for courier delays once the order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping is free for first-time delivery and included in product pricing. In case of size exchange, a flat ₹200 reverse logistics and reshipping charge will apply.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on select orders and locations. Orders placed on COD may require confirmation before dispatch. Verlaine reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed COD orders. Repeated refusal of COD deliveries may result in COD being disabled for future orders.

5. Failed Delivery & RTO (Return to Origin)

An order will be marked RTO if the customer is unavailable, refuses delivery, provides an incorrect address, or is unreachable.

For prepaid orders returned due to failed delivery:

• Reshipping charges of ₹200 will apply.
• If a refund is requested, applicable one-time RTO logistics charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

For COD orders returned due to failed delivery:

• Reshipping will be allowed only on prepaid payment.
• Verlaine reserves the right to restrict COD for repeat RTO cases.

6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Verlaine Apparels LLP will not be responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information.
