Verlaine Exchange & Replacement Policy

1. No Return Policy

At Verlaine Apparels LLP, every piece is crafted with care and strict quality checks. To maintain hygiene standards and ensure product integrity, we follow a strict No Return Policy.

We do not accept returns for:

• Size issues
• Change of mind
• Preference related concerns
• Styling or fit expectations

All purchases are final unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

2. Exchange Eligibility (Within 3 Days)

Exchanges must be requested within 3 days from the date of delivery. Requests raised after 3 days will not be accepted.

To initiate an exchange, customers must email us with:

• Order number
• Clear images of the product
• Unboxing video (mandatory for damaged / wrong product claims)

3. Defective / Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged product, manufacturing defect, or incorrect item, you are eligible for a free exchange, provided:

• An unboxing video is recorded clearly from start to finish
• The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery
• The product is unused with tags intact

If the same product is unavailable, we may offer store credit or refund to the original payment method (for prepaid orders).

4. Size Exchange

If you need a different size, the exchange request must be raised within 3 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact.

A flat ₹200 exchange fee will be applicable to cover reverse logistics and reshipping charges.

Exchange is subject to size availability.

Only one size exchange per order will be permitted.

5. Exchange Conditions

Products will not be eligible for exchange if they are:

• Worn, washed, or altered
• With tags removed
• Returned without original packaging
• Damaged after delivery

Verlaine reserves the right to reject exchanges that fail quality inspection.

6. Important Notes

• First-time shipping is free as included in product pricing.
• Exchanges are processed only after product inspection at our warehouse.
• Exchange timelines may vary depending on location and stock availability.
• Repeated misuse of exchange policy may result in order restrictions.
